Referral Policy

Khata Tracker rewards existing Users of Khata Tracker Products who encourage new users to register and purchase subscription of Khata Tracker Products. If a new user (the "Referee") registers and purchases a subscription plan on either of the Khata Tracker Products using a referral code/referral link of an existing User (the "Referrer"), the Referrer and the Referee shall both be entitled to a reward ("Referral Bonus") as detailed in this Referral Policy.

The decision as to whether the referral code/referral link is valid shall be made by Khata Tracker at its discretion. Khata Tracker's decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

Khata Tracker's Cancellation and Refund Policy shall not apply and be available to the Referees that purchase subscription of Khata Tracker Products using a referral code/referral link. To clarify, no refund shall be provided by Khata Tracker for cancellation of paid subscription by a Referee.

Upon successful completion of registration and purchase of subscription by a Referee using a valid referral code/referral link, the following shall be provided as Referral Bonus:

In the event that Khata Tracker determines (at its sole discretion) that the Referrer is eligible for the Maximum Cash Reward, the Referrer can refer a maximum of five (5) new Referees.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this policy or elsewhere, the Referral Bonus is not applicable where the Referee registers under the "Free Users" plan / free trial. Referral Bonuses may be made available only in connection with eligible paid subscription plans (including, as applicable, the Gold Plan, Diamond Plan, and Platinum Plan), as determined by Khata Tracker from time to time.

Khata Tracker shall not provide any Referral Bonus if either the Referee or the Referrer is in violation of this policy or the Terms of Service.

Khata Tracker has arrangements with banks, affiliates, payment gateways, payment aggregators and other financial service providers for processing Referral Bonuses ("Service Providers"). Khata Tracker endeavours to ensure that eligible cash bonuses are processed within 20 working days of successful purchase of subscription by the Referee. However, this timeline is indicative and processing of cash bonuses is subject to the time taken by the Service Providers.

The Referee and the Referrer agree to provide any information required to facilitate payment of applicable cash bonuses including but not limited to bank account details, bank branch names, UPI addresses, IFSC codes. Khata Tracker will facilitate payment of applicable cash bonuses to the bank account, or the UPI address provided by the Referrer/Referee. Khata Tracker will not be responsible for non-transfer or non-payment of referral incentive including applicable cash bonus if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the Referrer/Referee.

Khata Tracker reserves the right to discontinue or amend the Referral Bonus and this Referral Policy altogether at any point of time.

The following shall not be eligible for Referral Bonuses under this Referral Policy:

• Referral agents/distributors of Khata Tracker
• Khata Tracker's partners
• Khata Tracker's employees

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any difference, dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with the use of the Khata Tracker application, its services, or these Terms ("Dispute"), the User and Khata Tracker shall first make reasonable efforts to resolve the Dispute amicably through mutual discussions within thirty (30) days from the date on which such Dispute is notified by either party.

If the Dispute is not resolved within the aforesaid period, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Nothing contained in this clause shall prevent Khata Tracker from seeking appropriate legal or equitable remedies available under applicable law.
